HISTORICAL RESTORATION

Historical buildings are the cornerstones for many cities and towns in the Upstate.  These older buildings possess the character and charm not found in many newer buildings.  Restoration of these buildings is considered a specialized trade that requires knowledge and experience in interior and exterior finishes.  These building systems are usually long obsolete and as a result many contractors have never seen them.  Our staff has successfully completed many historical restoration projects, several of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  From an initial historic survey and design study to the completed restoration, your expectations will be exceeded by the fine craftsmen at SCI.
